If DG Connect is installed on the local computer, install VersaWorks 7 using DG Connect Hub. If DG Connectis not already installed on the local computer, visit the Roland Download Center(https://downloadcenter.rolanddg.com) and search for VersaWorks 7. Download and install DG Connect Huband install VersaWorks 7 as indicated above. Q. Can I run my VersaWorks 6 updater to get VersaWorks 7? A. No, VersaWorks 7 requires a fresh installation. Q. Can I install VersaWorks 7 on the same computer as VersaWorks 6? A. Yes, both applications can be installed on the same computer. However, only one application can be run at a time. Q. Can I transfer my VersaWorks 6 settings to my new VersaWorks 7? A. Yes – Install VersaWorks 7, then use the backup/restore function in VersaWorks 6 to transfer backup data from VersaWorks 6 to VersaWorks 7. Q.
